Van Ru Credit Corp. Approach
In order to increase collections while maintaining overall call volumes, Van Ru Credit Corporation developed and deployed a new payment projection score in their PREDIGY Call Penetration Strategy. This strategy allowed them to apply the appropriate calling effort across four treatment groups based on the expected return from each group. Additionally, random control groups were created to measure the benefits of the strategy and score.
With PREDIGY's strategy simulation features the customer was able to forecast and control how many accounts would flow into each group and what the effect of particular calling levels would be on their revenue and costs.
