Michael Grow, Vice President of Client Services
Michael Grow joined Intelligent Results in 2006, with more than 17 years of experience serving clients in the financial services industry. As vice president of client services, Michael is responsible for working with clients, including banks, collections agencies, credit issuers, and utilities to embed the company's advanced predictive analytics software into key operational systems and to provide technical support, training, and strategic consulting to clients worldwide.Michael has extensive experience implementing analytic software solutions across the entire customer lifecycle in the financial services, call center, telecom, and insurance industries. Prior to joining Intelligent Results, Michael held a number of senior management and front-line positions at both Fair Isaac and Austin Logistics, where he worked personally with many of the top financial service organizations in North and South America, Europe, and the Asia Pacific markets, including such clients as HSBC, Citibank, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Unibanco and Barclaycard.
Michael earned his bachelor's degree in computer science from California State University Chico and his MBA from Golden Gate University.
